NEW Yoga for Beginners Drop In Class starts February 10!

We have had so many people on the waitlist for our Beginners Series we have added a Sunday 4-5pm Yoga for Beginners Class that will start on February 10– taught by longtime teacher Paula Purpur.

This class is drop-in so you can do it each week that you choose, and use an unlimited pass or punch card to pay for it.

New to the studio?  Just come 10 minutes early to settle in and sign a waiver your first time at the studio.  Can’t wait to have you join us!

All About Paula

Paula has been involved in the fitness industry for 25 years in various disciplines. Her latest love is yoga, having completed the 200 hour teacher training in 2017 at The Yoga Loft with Todd Inyoue and Lila Rasa Brown. Paula’s experience with past fitness expertise as well as a career in healthcare make her knowledgeable and mindful in human anatomy and alignment. Her knowledge base and amazing interpersonal skills make her a joy to have in the studio.
