Cost: $40+tax – Pre-registered!
A workshop that will focus upon four of the eight limbs of yoga. Participants will experience a deeply mindful practice incorporating:
· A mindfulness talk (20 minutes)
· Chanting (5 minutes)
· Asana practice (Level 1&2 – 70 minutes)
· Pranayama practice (15 minutes)
· Formal seated meditation (up to 30 minutes)
Please note that the Asana practice will be at Level 1&2 and participants will be required to sit in meditation for up to 30 minutes. Chairs and back support will be available.
