An embodied class for those keen on integrating other forms of movement including strength training.
Using traditional yoga props- along with resistance bands, body weight, and other strength-based tools- this class follows an approach that honours your body using mindful attention while exploring the benefits of resistance training. Progressive movements will be offered to ensure a continuous and ongoing dialogues your body adapts.
Taught by an experienced Registered Kinesiologist and yoga teacher- join Madison for this not to be missed class! Thursday 5:30-6:30pm.
