iRest Yoga Nidra is a traditional form of Self-Inquiry, Self Discovery. A contemporary adaptation of a very ancient form of mindfulness meditation that changes the state of consciousness. Throuhg the practice we learn to restore our body-senses and mind to its fully functioning state, we become whole human beings. We begin to feel a deeper connectedness to the world.


Benefits of iRest meditation is to: induce deep relaxation throughout the body and mind, eliminate stress, overcome insomnia, solve personal problems, remove trauma, neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression, as well as to enter a deep meditation in order to un-ravel the mystery of life and answer to such questions as: “Who am I?” “Why am I here?” “What is all of this?” and “What is enlightenment?”


It is simple to learn and easy to practice and once learned, it becomes a tool we can utilize throughout our entire lifetime.
