Keep on Moving Programs at the Yoga Loft!

Whether you are new to exercise, getting started again, or simply looking for a gentle exercise option, Keep on Moving classes can meet your individual needs.
Keep On Moving exercise classes meet a list of criteria that has been developed in collaboration with Interior Health to meet best practice guidelines for safer exercise options.

The Yoga Loft has collaborated with Interior Health and the City of Kamloops to partner in the offerings of the Keep on Moving Program. Keep On Moving Designated Exercise programs assist members of the community identify safer exercise options. It is easy to determine if a program is designated “Keep On Moving” by simply looking for the “Keep On Moving” logo next to the program description on our printed schedule- click here to download!

Our current Keep on Moving classes are:

Monday Wednesday Friday Gentle and Restorative 10:45-11:45am

Our current Keep on Moving instructors are:

Marcia, Lacey, Yvette, Kailyn and Nicole.

Of note:

  • Keep On Moving designated classes are taught by instructors who uphold the Keep On Moving criteria to make group classes safer exercise options for participants
  • Keep On Moving classes provide safer exercise options for people who may be new to exercise or returning to exercise after an extended absence (with consent from primary care provider)
