A calm and grounding mom & baby hatha yoga program.
This series will focus on your whole body, mind and spirit and will include a combination of gentle asana, breath work and meditation.
Classes will provide you with the opportunity to practice self care and mindfulness, alongside your new baby, while building community with other new moms.
The series is suitable for beginners/all levels AND to come as you are – crying/loud babies are of course welcome!

Julie is a Yoga Teacher, Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator, HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator and of course, a mother. Julie’s training, experience and knowledge from serving women and families in their childbearing year and beyond, help inform her postnatal offerings and teaching style.
Having recently had her second child, Julie is extremely familiar with the needs of the postpartum body. She has experienced how a yoga practice can help heal, fuel and nurture the whole-body, mind and spirit so you can do the important work of mothering, from a more grounded and comfortable place.
Julie has had two very different and uniquely challenging – physically, mentally and emotionally – pregnancies and postpartum experiences. She has a deep respect for the beautiful, messy falling apart that is the postpartum period and hopes her Mom&Baby class can be a place for curating self care for mothers.
