Ayurveda introduces us to the 3 energies- the doshas Kapha, Pitta and Vata.  Feeling out of balance in some way?  This talk will help you understand why and the kind of approach you can take to getting back in balance. Learn why being in balance matters and how to understand  your relationship to these energies.
