Join Cherisse for an afternoon mini-retreat that will awaken your body, mind, and spirit.

In this 2 hour mini-retreat we will practice Ujjayi yogic breathing techniques to still the mind, and we will work through a Vinyasa Krama inspired flow practice. Vinyasa Krama flow practice specifically syncs your movement with your breath. We will finish our class with a restorative practice that will calm your parasympathetic nervous system and you will feel a deep sense of relaxation.
This special mini-retreat is once a month and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
When: once a month on Sundays, 2-4pm

Cherisse is a Tsilhqot’in holistic entrepreneur, yoga teacher, mother of two spirited young boys with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree who is committed to creating programs that offer Yoga for youth. She loves hiking, rollerblading, swimming and connecting to mother nature. Her outgoing personality and enthusiasm create an energy that will shine through during her teaching. She has studied an Anusara inspired Alignment Based Training with Todd Inouye and a level two Vinyasa Krama inspired training with Ryan Leier.
Her passion is in sharing mindfulness practice so that people can connect with themselves to confidently move towards living their highest potential
