The breath is one of our most powerful tools for self mastery.
This special 2hr workshop is part lecture, part practice of breathing techniques, part simple yoga posture practice, deep relaxation and a wee meditation to enjoy the full benefit of the breath practice. Learn the mechanics of breath and how to harness it’s power to regulate and balance your mind and emotions, self-heal, energize, detox, relax and calm.
BONUS: Each participant will get an audio recording of the workshop to use and listen to at home.
