In stressful times like this, there is an even greater need to find places of refuge and calm where you can relax and decompress in a safe environment. The Yoga Loft invites BOTH wildfire evacuees AND all those actively working/volunteering in direct support of relief efforts to join us for free drop in classes (all levels welcome; no experience necessary). We are downtown at 201-409 Seymour St. The city bus (free for evacuees) stops right outside our door  Find our schedule by going to our schedule page CLICK HERE

To attend class all you will need to do is go to the studio, complete a waiver if you are  first time attendee, and identify your relationship to the wildfire situation (evacuee or the specifics re your role supporting the efforts). The teacher will process your free drop in class at that time- you are not able to sign up for class ahead of time.

Looking to decompress?  Use music to help you settle. Or check out some of our favourite online meditations and resources.
